Sorry, when I referred to "express" service I meant the actual beverage service offered. Just to confuse you more, they call that particular limited service "express" on mainline flights. Perhaps they hope to confuse you with the terminology so much that you'll forget you were thirsty in the first place.

All of my flights since the change-over have been full service, and I've seen lots of refusals for beverages until I inform them that they are once again free. Everyone I've worked with so far has been very happy about the change back, it makes the trips go by quicker when we are busy and it's a step in the right direction to making passengers happier.
