Thank you for your response! This is a great explanation that actually makes sense... I would give you an Above & Beyond card if I could . It was not an express flight (although, some flights on this route are, just depends on the time of day). There was no turbulence, they did beverage/snack service for FC and then took their seats.

Just to reiterate, I'm not P.O.'d, I was just wondering what peoples experience has been and what the reason might've been.
