Simply put, a beverage service was provided when drinks were being sold for revenue, but not when drinks became free to flyers....on the very same PIT-PHL flight.
Now do you understand the point being made?

I fully understood what was being said, I only wish I can say the same on your part. When they were selling drink's, not many bought and the crew knew they had the time to do it. So they had no cart to set up and were able to walk through the plane on the short flight and ask. Crew member's should never put themselves in danger to dish out a drink on a flight 35 minute flight's and under. The entire flight the plane is asending and desending and it's horrible on the body.
Now do you understand the point being made?
