Use your AA or SPG card to purchase a money order for the amount of your payment. Then you send it in as payment.
I've started doing this for various things that won't accept cc payments: such as car payment, taxes, charities etc. It's a small hassle to stamp the envelope and get it in the snail mail but at least@:-) now I'm getting the miles......
