I have a similar problem, except that it's the right side that's partially cut off.
However, in another view there's a slightly bigger problem:

When you are in "calendar fare" mode (as seen in screenshot), you can't even really use the calendar. I see the same problem in Firefox 3.1 Beta 2 and on my G1 Google phone.
