BMI lounge access in AMS - for men & mice

Hi, this is my first post

Hopefully this is the correct place for it!

I am flying BMI LHR to AMS next month and I am *A gold. I have pretty much decided that I will use the *A lounge at LHR instead of the BD one due to improved food options there.

However - what are the options at AMS? I have access to the SQ lounge I guess but this appears to only be open like 4 hours in the morning and I am flying back to LHR early evening

So - what lounge will I be directed to for BMI and do I have any other options being *A gold???
