Had a pleasant stay last weekend in Como-Italy; booked the hotel via the BMI website (expedia-link) and according this site "Hotel Cruise" is a 4-star hotel...rooms and facilities, indeed, very nice 4-star worthy !

Now the destination miles have been added to my DC account: only 500 (for a 3-star hotel); just phoned the DC-Blue+ line-number, and you guessed it right, had someone from India on the line, telling me to send the hotel-confirmation to the DC mail address and someone would look into the matter

Why is it so difficult to just make a 'fake booking' and see the stars connected to the Cruise Hotel-Como/IT ?

It now seems to me, I've to proof BMI/Expedia the hotel is 4-star !!!

Either the Expedia-link is wrong or the added points are wrong
