Food included? Does something like a 3rd Star put the hotel on the radar screen for more people?
Oh sure, more people will go for the Michelins, but just to eat, not necessarily to stay! Now that George V has Eric Briffard (who I am sure will get his 3rd star in the next round) there is even less reason to stay anywhere other than George V.
