Was trying to book & hold a ticket, but nwa.com wouldn't accept my PIN #.... then I went to check my balance, and wouldn't take my PIN. I then call the automated number, and it says it can't find an account with my WorldPerks number, and get a friendly agent in Minnesota, and she said her system was down. I told her what's going on and she said it sounds like the entire system has crashed!

anyone else experiencing this?
