I had it and sold it. I used it a couple of times but there are some caveats. It takes up more room in your bag than a lumbar pillow which is what I ended up using it as most of the time (folded in half). In an economy seat it will bleed over to the next seat over if fully inflated. It does get progressively warmer as there's almost no air movement across your back and you end up sweaty and damp.

I find that you can accomplish the same effect using an inflatable lumbar pillow (look for the Eagle Creek one at Magellans) plus any type of C pillow for your neck. You also tend to get more room in your seat with this combination and it's not as annoying to set-up.
