No, it is the bank which is, IMHO, a quasi-criminal operation based on a business model of cheating customers. They are always looking for a new way to take advantage of the cardholder. Think Countrywide (before they went under).
You will understand if you even need their "customer service" to, for example, dispute a billing error.
Seemingly good rates are worth little if the bank won't help you (and actively seeks to screw you) when you are a victim of ID theft or of some other kind of ripoff artist.
