Have been to both BA's/T5 & AA's/T-3 Arrivals facilities. AA's isn't as dismal as some portray. Sure, it doesn't have a hot breakfast offering, but to be honest, coming off of an overnight flight & trying to get into the office in London, I'm often in grab-&-go mode for breakfast w/o the time for a hot, sit-down one anyways.
In fairness I didn't mean to portray the AA arrivals lounge as "dismal" just small and hard to find. I did enjoy myself once I got there. There were free internet and food and nice showers. There, hopefully I've redeemed my self from being a naysayer.
