One cool thing to note on the no TMO internet is AT&T Wifi offers a Wifi Premier package for $20/mo if you aren't a DSL subscriber from them ($10/mo if you are) that gives you roaming access at TMO hotspots (free) not to mention a ton of hotels (They bought Wayport). I rarely have to spend the $10 any more for hotel internet with the AT&T Wifi membership.

I'm really considering the swap given I already pay $150 for the DL Plat amex so this would be the same cost. I'm just wondering what happens to my yearly spend so far this year? Would it get applied to the 30k spending threshold?
