The rebooking engine is sufficiently broken. I went to change a SFO-LIM itin for May to Dec. I picked all the flights and past the payment screen when it told me i had to call in. Upon going back into the res, it changed some of the legs, left some of the original ones and dropped a LIM-EWR leg out.

A call to the elite desk fixed it, but it didn't look pretty.

I've sent a message to CO Insider with a pdf of the res.
