With all due respect, US has done tons to increase revenue: Codeshare with UA, codeshare with LH, Star Alliance, large RJ order, GoCaribbean network, increased Caribbean and Latin America mainline cities, DUB/SNN seasonal service, hub optimization, etc. None of these initiatives will generate revenue overnight -- it will take time. Costs are always easier and quicker to cut.
