stayed at this hotel last week. disappointing overall. staff was very friendly and nice and that was encouraging... but almost falsely so b/c that didn't follow through in excecution!! i won't get into a long rant about what happened here... everything from finding trash on the floor when i first walked into the room -- to them never getting & never delivering a breakfast room service order i wanted to place. I did end up writing the manager a email explaining my disappointment, and got a nice response back.
so - pros: great recognition of SPG status, v friendly staff
cons: almost everything else!!
