I tend to believe both CO and WN are worthy of top honors...they're both EXCELLENT companies in the way they treat their employees and their customers.
I think it's much more admirable that WN is able to treat its customers and employees well while still making money.
Didn't CO lay off employees last year? I know they cut thousands positions, and according to CO a "majority" of the reductions were accomplished through voluntary programs, but that sure sounds to me like some of them were involuntary. You think those employees who were involuntarilly terminated feel all that well treated?
