This past weekend I spent 2 nights in STL near the airport, one in a Quality Inn and one in a Comfort Inn.
Same price to the penny, so it would be difficult to argue that monetary considerations were involved.
And Choice would usually save your company quite a bit of money compared to Hilton.
Unless your manager thinks you are somehow wasting gobs of company time switching, it's hard to see why he/she would care.
