I generally love SFO and the UA folks with whom I interact with one significant exception. I've rarely had a good experience with the agents manning the domestic elite check-in behind the chickens. In the few instances for which check-in requires an agent, I've had poor experiences. I've been ignored at the GS chicken. I've been SSSS'd. I seem to consistently get someone having a bad day. With the new pass through, I'll try my luck at international if I need to talk to an agent. Otherwise, kudos to the rest of the SFO UA's.
