These are the last taxes, or fees on my most recent purchased ticket to Mexico.

U.S. Immigration User Fee: 7.00
U.S. APHIS User Fee: 5.00
U.S. Federal Transportation Tax: 34.44
U.S. Flight Segment Tax: 14.40
U.S. Security Service Fee: 7.50
Mexico Tourism Tax: 19.58
Mexico Departure Tax: 28.06
U.S. Passenger Facility Charge: 10.50

Not much on the Mexican side, the tourism tax (for a tourist visa) of under $20. And again, from what I was told, the Departure tax is charged to everybody, no matter of nationality or immigration status. More than half the fees are on the US side.
