Between those baggage sizers, crappy attitudes of the UA staff, and the whole fiasco of boarding with holier-than-thou Bay Area Californians, I make it a point to book away from SFO on my itins now.

As for the attitude of the UA staff - keep acting like you don't care about your customers or your jobs, cause soon enough you'll achieve the destiny you're creating for yourselves, and will be looking for a new job.
