i am getting ready about to purchase a ticket for my sister-in-law in mexico to visit us in DC. The ticket includes several mexican taxes; I seem to remember being told that not all of the taxes are charged to mexican citizens.

anyone have experience in booking tickets without the taxes being automatically included? is the best way just to contact .com support after the purchase? or maybe do the "cash hold" trick then call .com before completing the purchase?
