Couple of questions:
- When you compared the prices, did you check what's included or not? For example, when I book on avis.ch, I get LDW and such included.
- When you call up and change your details, it is likely that the price will change (I've had this in the past when adding my preferred number to a booking made by my travel agency, although in my case, my rate was lower than what my travel agency had booked
)
