Mail drugs to someone you don't like in the u.s., then wait either for the package to arrive at their door, and trouble them for it after they pick it up off the porch and take it indoors, or let them deal with the authorities.
Or, if someone you don't like is flying to Singapore and has checked baggage, then get a baggage handler to plant a small amount of any drug in his bag (works best if flying from the states where bags have to be left unlocked or have tsa approved locks), and watch the person die.
Hows that for being paranoid!
