I use a PC with FireFox, and the screen alignment is generally off - especially when searching for flights - Jenn (please bring back Tim) usually is off-center towards the right hand side of the screen, and often the home page goes well below the fold, causing a lot of scrolling to find the web check in. IE renders correctly.

I haven't ever experienced problems with timing out in FireFox - not sure what to suggest except maybe get a PC (I'm just kidding, I really am not trying to start a mac v PC discussion!)

If Alaska hired me, I'd whip that website into shape!
