London does guarantee some models (such as the Audis) but you pay significantly more for the guarantee. I don't believe that the Fiat was one of them.

I was renting from LHR all the time, and stopped guaranteeing the A4/A6s, and would almost always get them. The times I didn't I got a BMW 3, which was a nice change.
