As long as your seat is in F, it doesn't matter how you got there--you get access in you're in F on one of those routes regardless of whether it's paid F, a Medallion UG, a PMU UG, a miles UG, an award ticket, etc..
you are absolutely sure on this? as long as i have boarding pass in hand, even though it will show tx (for a domestic segment upgrade to FC) they will let me in?
