I don't mind doing this, but I am a little bit nervous to get anywhere near EWR today. Assuming I can make it on the NWA flight, what is the probability that the EWR-OSL leg with go? I assume that the TATL flight probably have somewhat high priority in situations like this.
The only reason that I would still like to make the connection to OSL today is that I have a course that I *should* be at in Oslo tomorrow morning around 10:30. If the EWR-OSL flight is delayed even an hour, the odds that I will make the course in Oslo in time are slim to none. Other than the course, there really is no reason to be back so soon, and I have no problem leaving in another day or two. What are the possibilities of asking CO to put me on a MSP-AMS-OSL (or through DTW or ORD, etc., if necessary) so that I might make it to Oslo early tomorrow morning?
Thanks!
Geoff
your flight "should" leave pretty much on time. The inbound aircraft is coming from Glasgow and is in-flight now and due to arrive around 12:30pm so it should be waiting for you. CO makes a big effort to get their TATL flights out and as close to as time as ppssible. Weather right now is light snow in NYC. Someone mentioned that the first plane out today would be EWR-NRT and it shows on time departure for 11:10am
