Hi guys, have you ever rented or seen any Fiat 500 from Avis in London? Since I've made a booking in coming Wednesday in Earls Court rental station, here are my questions:

1) What trim would it be?
2) it said model guranteed on website, what action should i take if they don't have the cars at the end?
