It has changed. The number for Silvers used to end with a 0; it now ends with a 1 (the same number for GM/PM). This change happened with last year's cards (so the ones that expired yesterday).
As it's been noted, the old number does still work.
Our experience is exactly the reverse of this. Cards issued in 08 have SMS # ending in 1; card issued in 09 has # ending in 0.
