Reading the iinfo on the travel waiver as long as you have met the booking codes you can reshedule. I always thought if UA actually cancels your first flight before u leave, you A-have up to a year from original tkting date to rebook or B-entitled to full refund. It does say call rez also to reschedule or more info. Did u try that?
