Yes. Although Switzerland is now part of the Schengen area, it is not part of the EU customs union. The UK, conversely, is part of the EU customs union, even though it is not in the Schengen area.

But as noted above, bear in mind the restrictions on taking liquids on board as carry-on luggage.
