I had problems recently getting a seat assignment on a revenue First Class ticket for an ROP Gold pax (Mr. Megatop). Couldn't do it online, even though ticket booked directly with TG. Couldn't do it in advance by talking to TG LAX ticket office. Couldn't do it at a TG ticketing desk in HKG for a flight departing a few days later from BKK. Couldn't do it over the phone with TG BKK. When we got to Suvarnabhumi to check-in for departure, the agent said we should have been able to select a seat and encouraged us to write a complaint letter.
