Really?

No airline in Europe gives Y class seat reservations in advance. SQ only gives Y seat reservations in advance if you book through their website (you can of course prepay for emergency exit seating). UA often has no advance seating available on fuller flights

I would hate you to be disappointed on your future *A travels...
