If you think the AA departure lounge is bad, you should see the arrivals lounge, that is if you can find it. It's as big as a cupboard. In order to locate it, hire a sherpa from the main floor and buy a map from the shop near the currency exchange. Make sure you have provisions enough for a week. Upon arrival you'll be looked upon with utter disdain by the dragon at the entrance. Ignore this. If you are going to shower you will be given a large metal plank with your cabin number on it and sent into a maze. Dodge the minotaur and have your shower. When you have finished, breakfast awaits you. Staff are standing by to tell you to "get it yourself", as this is a self-service lounge. When finished follow the trail of breadcrumbs you dropped on your inward journey back to the main terminal. No, you are not in Bogota, it just looks that way. Transport away from the terminal is in a cave 13 stories down. Welcome to London.
What are you talking about! The AA arrivals lounge is a much nicer physical facility than the BA one in T5, the only downside is the lack of a hot breakfast.

The showers are infinitesimally better than the BA ones.
