You can also convert your hotel points to JAL miles.

For example, 10K Priority Club points can be converted to 2000 JAL miles.

If you do not have enough PC points, you can purchase them on line.
(10K will cost you US$125. They will give you 10 % bonus until April 1.)

Other hotels points can be converted to JAL miles, too, but I do not know the details.
