Goodness, I just checked the back of my (new) card, and it has 3 numbers, too.

I'm still using the old number I've been using for years (it's programmed into my phones) and it's none of the 3 on the back of my card, but it's been answered as "Premium Sales & Service" for a while now. And I noticed when I tried to call today (before I heard about the probs at ATL) that the old number got me on hold (although I never made it to a human), but the "new" number just got me a busy signal.

What in heaven's name is SkyMiles OneSource? When would I use it? And which of the 2 numbers?

Hmmm...just looked at Mr. Tb's card (he got a new one a few months ago, and as it doesn't expire until Feb 2010, I guess he won't get another). His has the same old number that I'm still using.
