Just out of curiosity, is there a phone number on the back of your card? I've got three numbers on the back of my card (my card was issued last November when I made PM, so it's not one of the new batch) - I've got SMS on there, as well as SkyMiles OneSource (which is a more generic phone number that's on the back of all SkyMiles card from General Member to PM) at 800-325-3999 or 404-714-2300.
