No offense taken Sniles. I'll give you my actual experience.

I went to Ctrip to make a booking at 11:00p.m. Hong Kong time by using my Visa card on a special fare mentioned as "Tickets on Request Basis.".

After I went through the booking process, I did NOT receive any emails from Ctrip to confirm my booking. I then made a long distance call to Ctrip to inquiry into my booking. No English speaking agent is available to answer the inquiry at all. I have wasted my money on the long distance call!!

I finally got an email confirmation of my booking the next day at around 10:30a.m. Hong Kong time. My worry that lasts for almost 12 hours eventually came to stop.....

After going through this, I will stick to Travelzen.com where I always got instant confirmation. No faxing, no 3% charge, no waiting..^
