--Customer must present a boarding card for the same day travel in international First Class on a Star Alliance flight
--Customer must be departing from the local airport in International First Class

If you're not departing one of the US airports in international first, it doesn't look promising that you'll get 1st class lounge access. IAD and ORD do not fit this criteria for your itin. Let us know how it turns out, though.
