Like Jailer said, the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO is certainly rumored to be haunted, but if you're looking for a Starwood Hote, The Palace Hotel in San Francisco actually offers "Ghost Tours." When I was talking to the MOD at the hotel, he said that many guests as well as employees have said they've seen ghosts...in fact he had several stories.

I'm not into the whole "haunted" thing, so I didn't take the tour, but I hear it's pretty fun and neat...filled with a lot of history. I'm sure you can just ring up the Concierge at the hotel and get more info
