Is the only way to check award availability for CX and JL by calling AA on the phone? Is there something on the web that shows AA award availability so I can do some homework before calling AA to book the ticket?

Other airlines have it, but why doesn't AA? Qantas is a great soucre for BA seats, but their website doesn't show CX of JL.
