hm, for whatever reason it worked tonight.

If someone else encounters a similar problem, I did three things yesterday:
- called NWA and had them change the AF prefix of the FB account number to a KL one
- reconfirmed the reservation online
- entered my contact and immigration details

One of those things (or a combination thereof) seems to have done the trick.
