This came on 2/25/09, 15 days after I wrote the email and 18 days after the rental return.

Dear Mrs. McDaniel:

Thank you for contacting us concerning your recent rental. We appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns.

After reviewing the charges, we have determined a credit is due. An adjustment of $150.63 is being processed to the credit card account billed. We sincerely apologize for the billing error. The adjustment is being made at this time, but may not appear on the next monthly statement due to billing cut-off dates.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention for correction. We appreciate your business and look forward to the opportunity of being able to serve you again.
