Chiming in to agree that having the $99 as a paper cert is total pain in the rear. I sent one of my staff to ANC on Friday to book a trip for two employees and all in, it took 3 hours, on top of paying to park, etc. And she had all the info she needed to use the cert (flight numbers, etc).

It's criminal that this isn't yet an e-cert.

Yes, yes...I know I shouldn't complain because I spent $148 on a $800+ itin...BUT...since we know it could be easier, it should be.
