One thing I'd ask Gerard Arpey
After having spent more than 20 years working at AA, and now as a Platinum member, I'd like to know when you are going to tell some of the front line folks with such bitter dispositions towards your guests, that if they don't like what they do, then please for all of us let's encourage them to do something else.
I love AA but it's a beating when you see such cranky and unhappy employees raging on your few remaining guests. I'd also recommend figuring out how to knock out that nasty lav smell that constantly makes people want to gag in first class and near the rear lavs.
