Well there's lots of factors to consider. Remember, all it takes is a delay out of ORD to throw you off. Just to give you an example, I've taken the 9pm ORD-LHR departure arrival of 11 AM at T1 and connect to BA flights all the way to T5 with 12:20 departure and still make it with many minutes to spare. I checked-in online though with no luggages and everything being ontime however. So it is a risk that you have to decide whether you're willing to take.
