Hi,
I think the PHX flight will arrive too late for the arrivals lounge to be of much use ( lounge closed at 1400 & the breakfast is removed at 1200)- I think my PHX flight arrives back at LHR @1310 in September- at certian times of year with the time change the flight arrives after 1400
