Don't rely on PHX security being quick-took me nearly an hour last week..the place was heaving...oh, and top tip-get off the acft quick on arrival. They had 1 desk open at Immigration for non US nationals..people at the back of the acft took 2 hours to clear Immigration-I kid you not...I was off fairly quick (tvlg in F but with the stupid WT+ cabin up front so behind them at Immiig..still took 45mins......)
