Well it appears the iBahn hotspots in Europe that Boingo used to include in the North American unlimited plan for free are now "premium" locations and many are at 18 cents a minute. That's 50% higher than premium locations once were. If my arithmetic is correct, 18 cents a minutes equals $10.80 an hour! Boingo certainly isn't as valuable as it once was.
